Everything it does.

The whole list, in the order the work happens. Nothing here is an add-on you buy separately.

Building the quote.

The parts a contractor checks first, to find out whether it prices the work the way he already does.

How you price it

  • Per-drop or per-foot
  • Rack size tiers
  • Travel, lift and ladder
  • Monthly recurring work

What goes on it

  • Quote templates
  • Material catalog
  • Equipment lines
  • Customer-supplied materials

Worked out for you

  • Site survey credited back
  • State sales tax
  • Estimated days and labor hours
  • Your past work, matched to the job

Three ways a job reaches you.

Most low-voltage work arrives as a voicemail with half an address in it. These all land the same way: a real request, with services, quantities, an address and photos, sitting in your inbox.

On your own website

A floating button from one line of code, or the form inside a page. Steps for WordPress, Squarespace, Wix and Webflow.

As a link you send

Your own request page at a fixed address. Put it in your email signature, a text message, or a Facebook post.

As a code they scan

Download it and put it on the truck, a business card, a flyer, or a sign at the job. They point a phone at it and the form opens.

Scan it. This one opens the example portal.

Nothing sits and goes cold.

Follow-ups set themselves

Send a quote and the reminder already exists, three days out. An email each morning tells you what is due, so nothing goes cold while you are on a roof.

The drive is measured before you read it

Once your shop address is set, every request shows the job on a map with the driving distance and time from it, so travel is a number instead of a guess.

Quotes close themselves out

Past its validity, a quote tells the customer and tells you, so nothing gets accepted in March at January's copper price.

A lead can end

Won, declined, or not a fit, with the reason kept. Turning one down can send the customer a note in your words, or say nothing at all.

Signed, then invoiced, then paid.

The signed quote becomes the invoice

One action turns it into an invoice with the same lines, totals and branding. Nothing is retyped, so nothing drifts between the quote and the bill.

They pay from the page

The invoice carries a button that takes a card, and the money goes to your own bank account through Stripe. The invoice marks itself paid when it clears.

Or however you actually get paid

Check, bank transfer, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal. Fill in the ones you use and they sit on the invoice under the card button.

Overdue is a date, not a feeling

Every invoice carries its terms and its due date, shows how far past due it has gone, and can send the customer a reminder without you writing one.

Your numbers, before and after.

Try a job on your own rates, before it is a quote

A sandbox running the prices you set, not example ones. Change the drop count, the ceiling, the after-hours premium, and watch your price move without creating anything.

Every customer, and what they owe

All of a customer's quotes and invoices together, with the outstanding balance and how far past due it has gone.

It carries your name, not ours.

Your logo and your color, everywhere

Set them once and every quote, invoice, portal, portfolio and email picks them up. Your customer sees your company.

Your signature on the quote

Upload it or have one drawn from your name, and it prints on the document like you signed it.

Your customer’s language, not just yours

Tick one box and your quotes, invoices and portal carry an English and Español switch, so the customer reads whichever they prefer.

What a bigger plan adds.

Everything above is on every plan, Solo included. These five are the only features a higher plan unlocks.

Team

Roles and approvals

Admin, manager, field tech and viewer. A field tech sees only his own quotes, and a quote can need approving before it goes out.

Pro

Analytics dashboard

Revenue won, win rate and open pipeline over any period, with revenue by service and your top customers.

Recurring revenue

Monitoring, licensing and maintenance already signed, totalled by month and by year, kept out of your one-time revenue.

Your own wording on customer emails

Reusable templates for the emails you send from a quote or a follow-up, in your words rather than ours.

Business

Your name in place of ours

The Powered by NexVolt badge comes off your quotes, invoices, portal, widget and customer emails.
