A real quote
This is what your customer opens.
Not a mockup of one. Open it and you are standing exactly where your customer stands, on a job priced from one contractor's own rates.
Every price is yours
Your hourly rate, your markup, your trip charge, your cost per drop. Job conditions like a concrete ceiling or an after-hours install carry a premium you can set yourself.
Change anything before it goes
Change any line's price, and add line items of your own. One slider moves the whole quote, from half to double, in 5% steps.
The write-up is already done
The project summary is drafted from the services you picked and the notes you typed on site. Read it, change anything, send it.
They sign it in the browser
No printing, no scanning, nothing to post back. You get an email the moment it is signed.
Also built in
Quote templates · Per-drop or per-foot pricing · Material catalog · Rack size tiers · Equipment lines · Monthly recurring work · Travel, lift and ladder · Site survey credited back · Customer-supplied materials · Photos of your past work, matched to the job · State sales tax · Estimated days and labor hours
See it working
The rest of what your customer opens.
Three more pages, and each one opens the real thing.

Customer Request Portal
Share one link or embed it on your site. Customers pick services and quantities, and it lands in your inbox.

Invoicing
The same job, billed. Your terms, your bank details, and a button that takes card payment.

Portfolio
A public page of finished jobs, sorted by trade, that you can send to anyone who asks.
Each opens in a new tab
And the part only you see
Work that finds you, and does not go cold.
The pages above are what your customer opens. This is what happens on your side of them.
Three ways a job reaches you
Most low-voltage work arrives as a voicemail with half an address in it. These all land the same way: a real request, with services, quantities, an address and photos, sitting in your inbox.
On your own website
Paste one line of code for a floating button in the corner, or drop the form into a page. Step by step for WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow and Shopify.
As a link you send
Your own request page at a fixed address. Put it in your email signature, a text message, or a Facebook post.
As a code they scan
Download it and put it on the truck, a business card, a flyer, or a sign at the job. They point a phone at it and the form opens.

Scan it. This one opens the example portal.
Nothing sits and goes cold
The drive is measured before you read it
Once your shop address is set, every request shows the job on a map with the driving distance and time from it, so travel is a number instead of a guess.
Follow-ups raise themselves
A quote that has gone quiet gets a reminder without you setting one, and an email each morning tells you what is due today.
Quotes close themselves out
Past its validity, a quote tells the customer and tells you, so nothing gets accepted in March at January's copper price.
A lead can end
Won, declined, or not a fit, with the reason kept. Turning one down can send the customer a note in your words, or say nothing at all.
It carries your name, not ours
Your logo and your color, everywhere
Set them once and every quote, invoice, portal, portfolio and email picks them up. Your customer sees your company.
Your signature on the quote
Upload it or have one drawn from your name, and it prints on the document like you signed it.
Your wording on the emailsPro
Rewrite what customers receive when you send a quote or chase an invoice, instead of sending ours.
Your name only, if you want
On the Business plan the small “Powered by NexVolt” comes off entirely, and nothing on the page says we exist.
Your customer’s language, not just yours
Tick one box and your quotes, invoices and portal carry an English and Español switch, so the customer reads the document in whichever they prefer. You can also set the language for a single job before you send it.
Your numbers, before and after
Try a job on your own rates, before it is a quote
A sandbox running the prices you set, not example ones. Change the drop count, the ceiling, the after-hours premium, and watch your price move without creating anything.
Revenue counted in the month you won itPro
Not the month you invoiced. On your calendar and your timezone, so a job signed at 6pm on the 31st lands where it belongs.
What you lost, and whyPro
Declined quotes keep their reason, so the pattern is visible. The funnel also shows how long a yes usually takes.
Monthly work kept apartPro
Cloud licensing, storage, monitoring and maintenance tracked as recurring revenue, never mixed into a one-time total.
Every customer, and what they owe
All of a customer's quotes and invoices together, with the outstanding balance and how far past due it has gone.
Your crew can quote, without quoting wrong
Everyone builds, one person sendsTeam
A field tech can price a job on site and save it. Sending it to the customer takes a manager or you, so nothing leaves at a number nobody checked.
They see their own work, not everyone’sTeam
A field tech sees the quotes they wrote and nothing else. A viewer reads and cannot change anything. Every rule is enforced on the server, not just hidden in the screen.

FAQ
Common questions
Everything you need to know before getting started.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. Your 14-day free trial starts with no card required. You only add a payment method when you're ready to subscribe, and you can cancel any time.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your account settings with one click. You keep access until the end of your billing period, no questions asked.
Is my pricing data private?
Yes. Your rates, markups, and quotes are only visible to users in your organization. No other contractor can see your pricing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I hit my seat limit?
You'll need to upgrade to a higher tier to add more users. Each seat is one unique login, and accounts cannot be shared between users.
Which services does NexVolt support?
All nine categories: Network Cabling, Rack Installation, Camera Cabling, Access Control, AV Wiring, Fiber Optic, Wi-Fi Access Points, Cable Certification, and As-Built Documentation. Terminations are included in the price of each cabling drop rather than quoted as their own line.
Does NexVolt work for solo contractors?
That's exactly who it was built for. The Solo plan gives one user everything needed to quote any low-voltage job in under 5 minutes.
Is annual billing cheaper?
Yes. Paying annually gets you two months free versus monthly on every plan, and you can start on monthly and switch to annual any time.
